Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the Diamond Sports Customer Experience Team with various operational tasks and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Product Knowledge: Build a strong knowledge base of all Rapsodo Diamond Sports hardware and software to provide accurate information and support.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to assist with support inquiries and take opportunities to shadow and learn from experienced team members.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound customer contacts via phone calls, email, and text in a fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging manner.
- Communication Skills: Engage in both verbal and written communication in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Technology Use: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, the internet, digital knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides to assist consumers effectively.
- Schedule Adherence: Follow the scheduled breaks, shift start, and end times to ensure proper planning for consumer demand.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Rapsodo Diamond Sports Brand with expertise in baseball/softball and emerging technology.
- Prioritization: Prioritize and multitask effectively to meet customer expectations and maintain productivity.
- Performance Metrics: Meet performance expectations, including post-contact survey results and daily productivity goals.
