Our Rapsodo Golf Consumer Experience Intern will provide premium customer service across all engagement channels. We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join us in giving our fans and members the best consumer experience. As a golfer, or fan of the sport, you will have the unique opportunity to serve and delight golfers around the world as they purchase and engage with our Rapsodo Golf products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Respond in a fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging way to inbound consumer contacts through email and social platforms.
· Engage in both verbal and written communication in English.
· Use technology while helping consumers. Salesforce, the internet, digital knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, etc. are the tools used on every contact.
· Utilize tools such as Sprout Social to engage in social listening and manage our online reputation across all digital touchpoints, including monitoring and responding to comments and reviews across all platforms and forums
· Provide excellent service to each consumer when there is a high volume of contacts.
· Work with colleagues to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues consumers bring forward.
· Adhere to the schedule. All breaks, shift start, and shift end times/days are scheduled, so we can plan for consumer demand.
· Represent the Rapsodo Golf Brand with your knowledge for golf and emerging technology.
· Prioritize and multitask to meet our consumers’ expectations.
· Meet performance expectations with post-contact survey results and your daily productivity.
Requirements
· Passionate about golf, player and a fan.
· Being happy to work in a dynamic, fast paced, one team environment.
· Confidence to make your own judgements about what is right for your consumer – bias for action.
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and to prioritize.
· Must be curious with a desire to learn and a drive for excellence.
