Divisional Project Manager

·         Develop accurate estimations for all products offered within division using specified quoting tools.

·         Accurately convert quotations to sales orders using specified processes and tools.

·         Manage changes to orders scope, schedule, and costs.

·         Communicate with internal team members to help align customer demand and internal capacity.

·         Provide professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders/customers.

·         Ability to utilize organizational skills to efficiently and accurately multitask between projects, quotes, metrics, etc.

·         Ability to track key metrics, develop metrics reports/graphs, and properly communicate key metrics to internal

stakeholders.

·         Ability to meet with external customers as necessary for business needs.

·         Must have ability to work accurately and independently.

·         Functional knowledge of product and ability to provide basic application/installation information.

·         All other duties as assigned by manager.
