Driller

The successful candidate will lead geotechnical drilling projects, applying a deep understanding of geotechnical principles and practices. This position requires travel, both in-state and out-of-state, with occasional overtime and overnight stays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate Driller's Logs.
• Follow daily/weekly safety protocols as outlined by management.
• Perform maintenance and inspections on drill rigs and equipment.
• Organize and maintain vehicle tracking paperwork and digital files.
• Strive to meet or exceed productivity goals, with a target utilization rate of 75%.
• Stay informed of current industry standards and government regulations affecting geotechnical drilling.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of geotechnical drilling experience.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical drilling techniques, with the ability to manage entire projects.
• Valid Class B or Class A CDL, with adherence to USDOT drug and alcohol requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and routinely lift 50-90 pounds.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Availability for travel and overtime, as needed.
