We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team, focusing primarily on recruiting and onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in HR, as it also involves supporting various HR functions and contributing to the execution of HR strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment, including posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a human resources or similar role desired.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
