Advantage Home Care is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our team in providing technical support to our staff across multiple locations. As an IT Help Desk Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You will also provide technical assistance and guidance to employees, ensuring their technology needs are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing phone and remote support to users experiencing technical issues
  • Resolving hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Assisting in managing IT assets and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Performing user account management tasks, including account creation, termination, and password resets

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus
  • Flexible for required travel as needed.
