Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing senior level financial planning & analysis to executive leadership for all areas of reporting and business analytics, and for leading the annual planning cycle on behalf of Finance. This individual manages the digital environment to ensure financial reporting translates to value-added business analytics.

Job-Specific Accountabilities
Financial Planning
Develops and implements financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to promote finance-based decision-making throughout the company. Serves as a valued business partner providing meaningful and relevant data and financial insights to drive results.
Analysis & Reporting
Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
Budget Planning & Operational Excellence
Leads development of short and long-term company-wide integrated budgets and forecasts to create meaningful, data-driven financial outlooks that guide the company and drive the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Information & Business Advice
Serves as a subject matter expert of the financial planning and analysis function; participates in cross-functional work groups, teams, and committees, and interacts with individuals or groups representing diverse backgrounds, interests, and points of view.
Talent Management
Challenges and maximizes the strength of the team by aligning their efforts to meet objectives and deliver results. Fosters productive collaboration across teams and functions, utilizing multiple talent practices to ensure cohesive effort and delivery of business outcomes.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field and/or equivalent related work experience.
- Seven or more years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in a complex global organization, with at least one year of supervising, coaching and/or developing individual contributors.
- Proficient with MS Office software and related applications. Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial systems and software.
- Proficient (written and verbal) in English.
Travel Requirement
- Up to 10% of domestic and international travel.

Salary/Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $93,200-$117,821.Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 15%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
