TITLE: Director of Nursing LTC
LOCATION: Crane, MT

Live in a small community of around 8K population situated on the Yellowstone River that serves Eastern Montana and offers a low cost of living and plenty of outdoor activity.
Below is the details of the position.
What you will be doing:
•The ECF Director of Nursing will direct the planning, implementing, organizing and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility.
•Embraces the philosophy of “Resident Centered Care” and respects the rights of the residents. Actively monitors the delivery of care ensuring all rights, policies and procedures and regulations are followed including random competency checks on all nursing staff as outlined/scheduled.
•The Director of Nurses will work to assure that the Nursing Department is operating within the expectations of all federal, state, and local regulations and completes and/or oversees the required reporting protocol and investigation for all incidents.
•During surveys and audits, will be responsible to collect, compile documents and communicate the processes of the facilities and nursing policies and procedures throughout the survey in a timely manner and within the required or specified time stated by survey team, as well as assisting with the Plan of Corrections as indicated.
Additional info:
•Position reports to the Senior Executive of Extended Care whom is well respected.
•Will oversee around 60 Employees(mix of RN's, LPN's and CNA's, 40 of them CNA's). They passed the last annual recertification survey with ZERO deficiencies!
•Work for the largest revenue producing critical access facility and a great extended care facility.
Requirements
What they are looking for:
•Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
•Montana RN License.
•3-5 years of Long Term Care/Extended Care experience.

Hours and Compensation potential:
•Position is full time
•The range is between $93K-$140K
