Project Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our client's team. As a Project Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative and functional designs. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Create architectural designs and drawings using CAD and other design software.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• Prepare and review construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working on commercial and residential projects is preferred.
• LEED certification is a plus.
