We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers in day-to-day activities such as client communication, order management, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client communication and support.
- Manage product orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Update and maintain customer records and files.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Keep track of client deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to help improve client strategies.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in account coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Experience in the nutraceutical or wellness industry is a plus.
