Our Client is a start up acquisitions firm specializing in acquiring essential services businesses with $400,000-700,000 in cashflow. They are dedicated to identifying high-potential opportunities and delivering superior returns through strategic acquisitions.

The Opportunity:

Our Client is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Acquisitions Partners to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are looking for an opportunity to leverage their skills for substantial earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Opportunities: Source and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the designated market or industry.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and structure acquisition deals that align with company goals.

Due Diligence: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Pitching: Present and pitch business opportunities to senior management and investors.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on acquisition activities, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or acquisitions, preferably within private equity, venture capital, or real estate.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and research abilities.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Compensation:

100% Commission-based

Competitive commission structure with $100,000 per deal closed.
