We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Bilingual Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join us. This is an onsite job only.
Position Overview:
The Receptionist and Legal Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they will provide essential administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist:
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle basic client inquiries and provide information about the firm's services.
Legal Assistant:
- Conduct basic legal research as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and file legal documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the receptionist to ensure efficient front-office operations.
- Manage and maintain attorney calendars, scheduling appointments and court dates.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluent in both english and spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a receptionist and/or legal assistant preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
