Full Job Description
Executive Assistant, Business Partner (EABP) partners with the CRO, VP of Sales, SVP of Marketing, VP of Channel/Alliances as well as the entire commercial GTM Leadership team to provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, while also contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration and morale.

Salary: $95,000- $100,000 Base + $15,000-$20,000 Bonus + Company Stock Options
Requirements
- Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings (CRO/SVP Marketing primarily), both internal and external.
- Help with prioritization to ensure focus is on the most critical tasks at any one time, while ensuring alignment across the cross-functional leaders within the organization.
- Contribute and document the GTM processes to assist with a smooth onboarding and cross-functional understanding of GTM motion.
- Serves as an extension to the GTM leadership by streamlining strategic initiatives, oversees project management and communicates objectives between department heads pushing critical tasks forward.
- Help run internal sales events such as SKO, manages them from start to finish and all logistics.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team assisting with AdHoc projects helping research and implement new sales tools and processes.
- Work diligently with Channel and Alliance teams in order to support their events both virtually and at times in person. Work with those teams as needed to help nurture and expand those partnerships.
- Prepare for key client meetings to ensure the team is prepared and the client has the right expectations.
- Help write meeting agendas to maximize the meeting’s chance for success. Draft follow-ups to advance opportunities to the next step.
- Author, edit, and improve internal and external comms, adopting our tone of voice.
- Provide email and calendar management, preparing and reviewing correspondence, assisting with social media posting, expense submission/reporting for senior management.
- You will come with:
- A bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of supporting a VP-level or above leader.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and with good time management skills.
- Confidence in the face of adversity.
- Familiarity with sales enablement and productivity software, such as SalesForce HubSpot, Pleo, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Brex, and Zoom.
