We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to develop omnichannel creative materials for our clients and internal projects. The ideal candidate has experience in branding, advertising campaign creation, and producing traditional and digital media assets, including social and interactive display ads. Attention to detail to produce quality work that is on brief is a must. A self-starter who thrives in a -paced environment and enjoys working on a variety of projects will thrive at our agency. This role will work closely with the Client Services team and will require strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, research, design and deliver quality creative work for a wide variety of projects, including traditional and digital ads, interactive assets, presentation decks, collateral, logos and branded materials
- Create and design impactful presentation decks to support agency clients and business expansion efforts
- Uphold and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency through all design projects
- Modify existing designs based on feedback and client goals
- Work in close collaboration with agency account teams and leads to deliver work that is on brief and delivers results to the clients
- Maintain accurate and up to date creative files within agency library with proper version control
- Work with production partners to oversee projects and ensure high standards
- Stay up to date on industry trends to bring new ideas and innovations to our clients’ creative
- Oversee the work of production artists to ensure quality and accuracy
- Work on agency branding and design projects, as needed
- Assist with internal and client photoshoots, as needed
Requirements
- Must have an associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or degree from portfolio school
- 3-5+ years of agency or relevant experience as a graphic designer working in a fast-paced creative department
- A creative portfolio that demonstrates proven track record of high-quality creative across multiple traditional and digital platforms
- Understanding of current design trends
- Ability to present creative strategy and rationale to clients
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and effectively communicate with clients and internal team
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines, as needed
- Must be comfortable working with Mac and PC platforms
- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with video projects, either producing or overseeing delivery of video projects is a plus
- Copywriting experience is a plus
