Full Job Description
Global Engineering and Technology (GET) is seeking candidates for the hybrid/remote position of Authorization Basis Documentation Analyst in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area.
This critical position is responsible for providing nuclear safety basis support to the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS).
- Work will be performed as a blend of remote work and required periods on-site at the NNSS as needed for training or other requirements
- Travel, lodging, and per diem provided per NNSS/MSTS guidelines
- This is a Full-Time Employee position with full benefits
The AB Document Analyst shall prepare and review Unreviewed Safety Question (USQ) documents for nuclear facilities/activities at the NNSS and provide direct support to the nuclear facilities as directed. This is an exceptional opportunity requiring only 5+ years of experience in nuclear safety basis documentation.
Requirements
Citizenship & Security Clearance:
- This position requires candidates to be U.S. citizens
- This position requires a DOE Q security clearance or the ability to obtain a DOE Q security clearance
Education and Experience:
- B.S. in nuclear-related science, other related physical science, or related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of nuclear safety basis analysis experience
- NNSA facility experience is highly sought-after
