Las Vegas Petroleum is a rapidly expanding operator of gas stations, convenience stores, and quick-service restaurants (QSRs) across the country. As we grow, we are looking for an experienced QSR Financial Manager to support our franchise operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting, payments, and account management.
Job Overview:
The QSR Financial Manager will play a key role in managing financial operations across our quick-service restaurant franchises. This role requires a detail-oriented, numbers-focused professional with experience in payment processing, franchise account management, and royalty calculations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance within a franchise environment and a deep understanding of POS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing: Manage and reconcile daily credit card payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Account Setup: Set up franchise accounts, ensuring all payment processing systems and requirements are properly implemented.
- Royalty Management: Calculate and pay royalties based on monthly volume for each franchise, maintaining accurate records.
- Payouts: Process payouts accurately and in compliance with franchise agreements and company policies.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile revenue and expenses across all QSR locations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- POS System Management: Oversee the integration of POS data into financial records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Franchise Collaboration: Work closely with franchisees to manage account details, payment schedules, and compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and analyses, providing insights to management regarding franchise performance.
