Convergence is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the development of a nationwide sales organization. This role involves building and structuring our sales teams, implementing a comprehensive sales training program, and ensuring a merit-based progression path for our salespeople. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, team building, and strategic planning.

- Sales Organization Development:
- Design and implement a structured sales team hierarchy and progression path.
- Develop and standardize training programs for each level within the sales organization.
- Create clear performance metrics and criteria for promotions.
- Leadership and Team Building:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages skill development and career progression.
- Establish a mentorship program to support new and existing sales representatives.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with upper management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Performance Management:
- Set and monitor sales targets for teams and individuals.
- Implement a robust system for tracking sales performance and providing feedback.
