Sales Support Specialist

RideNow Powersports Boulder, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team! As a Sales Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our sales team and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with website maintenance and ensuring accurate data on all platforms
• Takes photos and videos of all inventory and uploads them to website
• Ensures all inventory is accounted for and is available for sale
• Completes post sale walk arounds on vehicles with customers
• Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with media tools such as MS Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the powersports industry is a plus
