Sanitation Tech II - 2nd Shift

Our Home is seeking an experienced Sanitation Tech II to join our team on 2nd shift. As a Sanitation Tech II, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility to ensure food safety and quality. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to sanitation procedures, and the ability to work independently. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with established procedures and schedules
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing areas, and facilities
• Remove trash and waste from production areas and dispose of properly
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Report any issues or concerns related to sanitation or safety to supervisor
• Assist with training and mentoring other sanitation team members

Requirements

• Prior experience in a sanitation role in a food manufacturing environment is required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to follow detailed sanitation procedures and maintain accurate records
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Availability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
