Responsibilities and Duties:
- Management role for Residential and Commercial Security and Fire Alarm Service Team, to include Inspections, Testing and Maintenance per current NFPA 72 Standards.
- Responsible with meeting departmental financial goals, and tracking of expenses for material, labor, overtime, and billed work
- Creating and implementing processes to grow departments success
- Hold Team accountable to meet/exceed Customer Expectations and Company Core Values and Goals
- Responsible for keeping Team trained and proficient to meet/exceed job performance requirements and for retention and growth
- Maintains company propriety and documentation in accordance with established policies; handles proprietary information in the prescribed manner; adheres to and supports Sting Alarm, Inc. policies and procedures including all safety requirements.
- Keeps abreast of changes and new developments in products and technology. Attends and completes training programs as requested.
- Knows and supports team with Security and Fire Alarm Systems troubleshooting per NFPA 72 Standards.
- Meet and/or exceed departmental KPI’s (Key performance indicators) goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years Security, Fire and Sprinkler Industry Experience, with roles and understanding of Servicing and Maintaining Fire Alarm & Sprinkler monitored systems per local AHJ and NFPA 72 Standards
- 3+ years Office Experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in management of departmental P&L
- Experience and/or Knowledge of Mircom, Potter, and AES Networks to maintain and support for Fire Service
- Experience and/or Knowledge of Intrusion, Access Control, and CCTV systems
- Strong Organization and Multi-tasking with Time Management, Daily Task, and Follow-Ups
- Ability to communicate professionally, both Verbally and Written, with Clients and Staff
- Present a professional image, both in personal and vehicle appearance
- Valid Nevada Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in office and field environment (80/20)
- Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-Motivated Problem Solver
- Knowledge of NFPA 72, Nevada Fire Protection Code, and Local Building Codes
- Certifications required at or within 180 days of employment:
- Osha-30 certification
- Nevada F Card certification
- Nevada G Card certification
- License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Sheriff's/Work Card (Required)
Experience:
- Fire Alarm: 6 years (Required)

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
