Service Technician-Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Egg Works|Egg & I Family Restaurants is looking for a Service Technician!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our team. As a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various kitchen equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Perform service, repair, and maintenance on kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, fryers, grills, toasters, steam wells, etc.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine the best course of action for repair
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems
- Replace faulty components or parts as needed
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts ordering and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and expertise

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment for repair or installation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Benefits

• Compensation $18/hr - $20/hr to start BOE
• Insurance Benefits Offered After 60 Days
