About the role
We are looking for a Travel Reservations Agent (“Lifestyle Manager”) to join our team in Las Vegas. In this job, you will immerse yourself in the realm of opulent travel, high end dining, VIP events and assist our discerning clients in curating their ideal itineraries. If you possess a talent for service, an ambition for success, and an insatiable passion for the finer aspects of life, then this is the ideal position for you!
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for building bespoke travel itineraries and fulfil requests for exquisite dining experiences and entertainment, such as securing reservations at the world’s finest restaurants and arranging tickets for best-selling shows, concerts and events.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting intricate, high-touch itineraries for VIP and high-net-worth members, elevating their
luxury lifestyle experiences.
- Proposing alternative solutions based on availability, pricing, and suitability.
- Leveraging commercial acumen to maximize supplier revenue while ensuring alignment with
member preferences.
- Capturing detailed briefs via phone and email, efficiently allocating requests to appropriate teams and ensuring timely fulfilment of member needs.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to exceed expectations, adding value beyond standard requests to enhance member satisfaction.
- Consistently achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s in Sales, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Efficiency in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Please note this is a shift-based role that requires you to be flexible with working hours/days.
You will be expected to be 2/3 days in the office.
Requirements
About you
Your exceptional customer service skills, adeptness in utilizing travel research tools, and unwavering enthusiasm for travel and entertainment will result in unparalleled member satisfaction, substantial sales revenue, and repeated utilization of Ten for travel and other types of requests across the organization.
Essential requirements:
- Previous travel booking experience: this can be booking hotels, airline or any other professional travel booking experience.
- Travel industry knowledge: this may come from schooling, professional experience or personal experience having travelled heavily internationally.
- Six months to a year of Dining and/or Entertainment experience.
- Experience in a retail /call centre Travel environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven experience with quick problem solving and resourcefulness.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Office Word, MS Outlook.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred requirements:
- GDS (Global Distribution System) experience
