YOUR JOB

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Training Available!

• Pull stock for replenishment from overstock locations in main and satellite warehouses
• Locate and confirm products into picking bins
• Pull, palletize, and process key accounts orders
• Breakdown empty boxes in the zones throughout the shift
• Make sure all products are transferred and confirmed to locations in real-time
• Perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities
• Follow all safety procedures
• Ensure a clean and safe work area
• Follow all Fork Lift and Box Truck safety guidelines
• Report ANY equipment issues to the supervisor immediately

EXAMPLES OF THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Document Fork Lift and Box Truck inspections; and when appropriate, charge Fork Lifts at end of shift
• Obtain Department of Transportation certification and renew annually

• Pick customer orders when requested to support the shipping department
• Support Shipping as directed

• Assist in the receiving of trucks/shipments as needed
• Willing to train and become Fork Lift Certified

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience in a distribution center using heavy equipment
• Read and write basic English

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver's license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder for retrieving overstock items required.
