Luxium Solutions in Milford, NH is in search of a Maintenance Supervisor! The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing all staff, scheduling, quality, documentation, inventory, and training, activities within the department. They will also ensure the business unit meets or exceeds all Safety and Environmental regulations. This includes the administration of department budget, directing the Preventative Maintenance System, prioritizing repairs, coordination of installations & renovations, and supervising all maintenance personnel.
This position also supervises the housekeeping contactor program, landscaping contract, and other contractors hired for preventative maintenance, repairs, or projects.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
- Six-months to one-year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum ten years’ experience in hands-on maintenance with the ability to successfully work on water processes, water cooling systems, high and low voltage electrical, machine and plumbing systems preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment, systems and controls. Prior use and implementation of preventative maintenance programs required.
- Licensed electrician in the state of NH preferred.
