QA Technician II

Luxium Solutions in Milford, NH is hiring for a QA Technician II! The QA Technician II will utilize knowledge of product and inspection methodologies to provide accurate assessments of in process and finished products to the growth and fabrication teams.  Assignments will include but are not limited to inspection and documentation, packaging, nonconformance reporting, and participating in quality improvements.

Essential Functions:

• Mechanical inspection of finished products and incoming material to ensure units meet with the customer’s specifications.
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation of inspection results.
• Recommends rejections of any items not meeting established criteria.
• Maintaining the proper flow of work orders to the appropriate personnel to ensure proper closing of the orders.
• Responsible for validating that inspection equipment is calibrated and working correctly prior to use.
• Assists with implementation and maintenance of quality programs.
• Responsible for following the company’s Shipping Procedure to ensure proper labeling & packaging.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Manufacturing experience required.
• 1+ years of Quality testing experience required.
• Experience with quality inspection techniques required.
