Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking an upbeat, dynamic Administrative Assistant for our Adult Residential Programs.
Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Full Time; 40 Hours Weekly
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Location: Berkeley, NJ
Department: Adult Residential
Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming phone calls, taking messages and referring to clinical staff as needed
- Assist Program Director with hiring process, including scheduling interviews and assisting with completion of hiring paperwork
- Send monthly reports, including billables, admissions, discharges, census, etc. to appropriate departments
- Assist with data input into Wellsky (NJ SAMS), USTF and other systems as needed
- Coordinate medical records releases with quality management coordinator
- Assist with minute taking at board and other management meetings as needed
- Monitor petty cash, vouchers, and audit cash box monthly
- Create and update spreadsheets for adult residential programs
- Organize, plan and execute community-based client events
- Maintain relationships and communication with community organizers and vendors
- Perform other office related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with medical records
- Administrative support experience
