Taylor Management Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at a premier community in New Jersey. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent service to residents.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
- Oversee communication with residents, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a courteous manner.
- Assist with the management of staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community operations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and organize regular reports and documentation as required.
- Participate in the coordination of community events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all established rules and regulations.
- Actively seek to resolve resident issues and improve community satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, with property management experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
