Position: CSR Specialist/Receptionist
Location: NJ (On-site)
WHIZZ is a leading provider of innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CSR Specialist/Receptionist to join our team in our NJ store. As a CSR Specialist/Receptionist at WHIZZ, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized appearance
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Union store Saturdays and Sundays
