Full Job Description
Taylor Management Company is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned homeowner associations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with homeowners and board members
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, bylaws, and regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and annual assessments
- Oversee common area maintenance and improvements
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and community events
- Supervise and manage vendors and contractors
- Address homeowner inquiries and resolve disputes
- Handle enforcement of community rules and regulations
Requirements
Previous experience in community association management
Strong knowledge of governing documents and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
CAI or CMCA designation preferred
