Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CPA Firm Administrator to join our client's team. As a CPA Firm Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting firm. You will play a crucial role in managing administrative functions, client communications, and office management. Additionally, you will work closely with our team of CPAs to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. In addition, effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Firm Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role in a CPA firm
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
