Samsung SDS America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies and programs that drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate high-quality leads for our solutions and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to create and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing trends, experience in demand generation, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.
This position is based at our headquarters in Ridgefield Park, NJ. We offer a hybrid work model, with the option to work from the office and remotely.

Responsibilities
Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, LinkedIn Campaigns, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Implement lead generation and nurturing programs to move prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff and ensure alignment.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve results.
Content Syndication and Media Relations:
- Identify and build relationships with suitable B2B tech media outlets.
- Develop alliances for content syndication to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Create and manage content syndication campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain and improve the lead generation database:
- Ensure lead data accuracy and perform regular data cleaning
- Leverage data broker to enrich data
- Propose enhancement to improve lead and audience targeting
Marketing Automation:
- Utilize marketing automation tools to develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and measure ROI.
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and create reports to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance.
Digital Market Research:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, with a focus on B2B technology companies.
- Experience in the B2B technology sector with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
- Familiarity with relevant software or tools related to Email Marketing Automation platforms, Google Suite, content creation, internal communications, and marketing.
- Knowledge of email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in creating and managing alliances with media for content syndication.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, email marketing software).
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.
- Business traveling up to ~20%
- Work from the office on a hybrid schedule according to company policy
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Eloqua is a strong plus.
- Certifications related to marketing or communications are a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement space is a plus
