We are seeking a curious and creative Electrical Engineering Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

·         Assemble, install and configure electronic components, systems and prototypes based on engineering designs and specifications

·         Conduct tests, measurements, and experiments on electronic systems and components

·         Identify issues, anomalies, or performance inconsistencies

·         Collaborate with engineers, technical support teams and field technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

·         Develop test plans and design fixtures/apparatus to test prototypes and production first-off samples for overall safety, quality, functionality and reliability

·         Create troubleshooting guides, work instructions and electrical schematics for manufacturing and field services teams

Requirements

Who YOU Are

·         Analytical with strong problem solving skills

·         Physically able to meet the requirements of the job including working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment

·         Unfazed by working at elevated heights

·         Enjoy using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

·         Driven by teamwork, with good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

·         Experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes and thermocouples

·         Experience with PCB layouts, hardware/software debugging

·         Experience with CAD/CAM software

·         Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field
