- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to understand client needs and market candidates effectively.
- Exceed sales targets, dominate cold calls, and surpass appointment goals weekly.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and management within the Light Industrial Staffing sector.
- Experience in leveraging different sales methods and approaches.
- Superb communication verbal and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- High School Degree required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- At least two years of sales experience, with a focus on Industrial Sales.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills tailored for the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Top notch organizational skills.
- Avid & Agile learner
- Valid Driver's License required.
Additional Requirements:
- Open and willingness to travel up to fifty percent .
- Field sales position with with frequent travel to customer locations
