Handyman I

Adamas Building Services is now hiring a Handyman in the Hoboken, NJ area.

We are looking for someone well organized who can complete light work orders and keep the building clean and detailed. We have plenty of opportunity for growth and are searching for a team player who also has no issues getting things done on their own.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
• Pay: $16.00/hr.

Requirements

• Assist with cleaning responsibilities

• Assist with trash removal and recycling

• HVAC systems and filter changes

• Check emergency phones in hallways and elevators monthly

• Perimeter cleaning

• Garage entrance cleaning

• Painting

• Plastering

• Sheetrock

• Wall coverings

• Appliances

• Windows

• Doors

• Light Electrical & Plubling
