Infrastructure Engineer Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development or update of Infrastructure Management Policies and Procedures (i.e. Infra Qual procedures, IT Change Management and all relevant ITSM procedures)
- Assist with the qualification of the Infrastructure components (i.e. Network, Backup, Storage, VMWare, Active Directory, Remote Access)
- Provide technical skills to help implement the Infrastructure components listed above as needed
- Participating in the change management process as needed
- Author, review and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions as needed
- Author and review User Requirements, Detailed Design, Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification Documents, and Summary Reports for network, AD, and other components required for network component qualification
- Execute testing and capture results using GMP documentation practices
- Work with client to ensure documents are approved and any deviances are remediated
- Ensure adherence to strict timelines
Requirements

- Must be willing to work onsite in Hopewell, NJ
- A degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related qualification (Network+, Security+, CCNA)
- 3-5 years of work experience as Network Engineer or System Administrator
- Ability to work in team environment in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading CQV activities specific to Process Equipment
- Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
- Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- GMP and Good Documentation Practice
- Intermediate skills with WORD (authoring/editing large technical documents with styles, tables, TOCs, track changes)
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
- Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Proven ability to identify areas of business expansion and report to management team for follow-up
- Ability to lead risk assessment activities to determine project goals for Verista products
