Janitor

NLT Management Services, LLC is looking to hire someone for a janitorial contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakhurst.

Duties involve a combination of the following:

• Sweeping, moppping or scrubbing and polishing floors
• removing chips, trash, and other refuse
• dusting equipment, furniture, and fixtures
• posilishing metal fixtures or trimmings
• cleaning Lavitories, showers, and restrooms when required
• Inspect facility for proper operations of lights, aplicances, doors, and furniture and report/replace discrepancies found
• Ensure Dormitories and rooms are ready and available for occupancy
• inspect rooms and facilities with incoming and outgoing units to esnure facilities are in a safe and serviceable condition
• Remove and replace furniture, mattresses, and aplicances as needed

Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

License/Certifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Read, write, and communicate in English with soldiers and base command
