Mental Health Therapist-Remote (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC,LCPC, LMFT)

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking Remote Mental Health Therapists with various qualifications including LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LCPC, and LMFT to join our team. We are a leading healthcare staffing firm dedicated to connecting qualified professionals with organizations that provide teletherapy services to clients from remote locations.

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide therapy services through telecommunication methods. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer counseling and support to help clients improve their mental well-being. With our focus on innovation and providing accessible mental health care, we believe that remote therapy is a powerful way to reach those in need of support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments and evaluations to gather necessary information
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide counseling and therapy sessions through telecommunication methods
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Administer mental health assessments, counseling, intervention services, and referrals.
• Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Schedule and Shift Details:

- Fully remote flexible scheduling

-Therapists will be able to create their own schedule between the hours of 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. EST 7 days a week

-Therapists must work until 8 p.m., 2 days per week, or 4-4 hour shifts on weekends.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, or LCPC, LMFT

• Experience working as a mental health therapist

• Proficient in providing therapy services through telecommunication methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
