Full Job Description
US Career Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Midwife to join our team. As a Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to women throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period.
You will be responsible for conducting regular check-ups, monitoring the progress of the pregnancy, and addressing any concerns or complications that may arise. You will also educate expectant mothers and their families about prenatal care, nutrition, exercise, and childbirth techniques. Additionally, you will assist during labor and delivery, offering guidance and emotional support to help women achieve a positive birthing experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular prenatal check-ups and monitor the progress of the pregnancy
- Provide education on prenatal care, nutrition, exercise, and childbirth techniques
- Address any concerns or complications that may arise during pregnancy
- Assist during labor and delivery, offering guidance and emotional support
- Provide postpartum care, including conducting check-ups and offering breastfeeding support
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree in Midwifery preferred
- Valid certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife or Certified Midwife
- Current license to practice as a midwife in the state
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Midwife
- Strong knowledge of prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide emotional support and compassionate care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in midwifery
