We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Benefits Representative to join our team. As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and explaining benefit plans to our members in a virtual setting. This is a 100% remote position that offers full employee benefits, and ample opportunities for career advancement.
We are only hiring in the following states: Georgia, New York, New Jersey, you must live in one of the mentioned states to be considered for this job.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding their benefit plans via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients in understanding their benefit options and coverage
Process enrollment and changes to benefit plans accurately and efficiently
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
Requirements:
Must Be A New Jersey RESIDENT
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions and record-keeping
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
