Taylor Management is a well-established company in the Community management industry, and we are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team at a well established Active Adult Communitiy located in Toms River, NJ. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff members. This is a full-time position with benefits available.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures, including organizing and maintaining files, records, and supplies
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
  • Manage office expenses and budget
  • Work alongside Board of Directors in meetings with residents

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with property management software is a plus, including Enumerate
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
