In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to residents and the property management team. Your duties will include managing resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, assisting with financial tasks, and maintaining accurate records and files.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and organized
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Previous experience in property management is a plus
