Taylor Management is a reputable residential property management company that specializes in providing exceptional service to community associations. As an On-Site Community Administrator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Community Manager with various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the community.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining records, managing homeowner inquiries, coordinating work orders, and providing excellent customer service to residents. You will also assist with administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing materials.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with residents and addressing their needs. This position is a part-time position. 25 hours a week- 5 hours a day.

Requirements
