Full Job Description

Taylor Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a community in West Orange, NJ. This is a full-time position that will require working on-site and providing exceptional service to homeowners and Board members.

The primary responsibilities of the Onsite Community Manager include:

  • Ensuring compliance with association rules and regulations
  • Managing vendor contracts and overseeing maintenance projects
  • Preparing and maintaining community budgets
  • Attending board meetings and providing regular reports to the Board
  • Responding to homeowner inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in community management
  • Strong knowledge of HOA operations and governing documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
  • CMCA or other relevant industry certifications preferred
