Full Job Description
Taylor Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a community in West Orange, NJ. This is a full-time position that will require working on-site and providing exceptional service to homeowners and Board members.
The primary responsibilities of the Onsite Community Manager include:
- Ensuring compliance with association rules and regulations
- Managing vendor contracts and overseeing maintenance projects
- Preparing and maintaining community budgets
- Attending board meetings and providing regular reports to the Board
- Responding to homeowner inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in community management
- Strong knowledge of HOA operations and governing documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- CMCA or other relevant industry certifications preferred
