Taylor Management Company is looking for a dedicated and professional Onsite Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a residential community, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for residents and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing community operations and maintenance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents
- Enforcing community rules and regulations while fostering positive relationships with homeowners
- Managing vendor contracts and conducting regular site inspections

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in community management
- Strong understanding of HOA processes and community relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Relevant certifications (CMCA, AMS) are a plus
