Full Job Description
Taylor Management, a leading provider of residential management services to condominium and homeowner associations, is currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to join our team. As a well-established company with over 25 years of experience, Taylor Management is committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Hours are 10 am to 3 pm with a maximum of 25 hours per week .
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries from homeowners and vendors.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Process invoices and handle financial transactions.
- Assist with organizing community events and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
