Full Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with packing and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, and email campaigns.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks as My Batta continues to grow.
  • Act as the point of contact between internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, starting at 10 hours per week with room for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree or GED
