Full-time Physical Therapist
Join our compassionate team as a Physical Therapist in our skilled nursing facility! Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients a day

Types of Patients: Senior citizens/Geriatric Patients
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs tailored to each resident's needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate residents and their families on exercise techniques and health management.
- Track and document patient progress to ensure effective outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum two (2) years of previous clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
