Overview of the Position: As a Physical Therapist, you will be essential in evaluating, organizing, and carrying out customized treatment plans for patients of all ages and backgrounds. Working directly with a wide range of patients, such as those recuperating from operations, injuries, or managing long-term illnesses, will be an opportunity for you.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 7 patients a day. 35 patient visits a week

Patient Type: Geriatric Adult Patients 

Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.

·         Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.

·         Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
