Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. Your expertise will help empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
 
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day. 35 patient visits a week

 
Patient Type: Geriatric Adult Patients 

Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.

·         Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.

·         Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
