Physical Therapist

Part-Time Physical Therapist Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation services, with a focus on developing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our patients.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/Hour

Schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 am to 7 pm

Mondays & Wednesdays 9 am to 7 pm 

Patient Volume: 3-4 patient an  hour

 
Patient Type: Geriatric Adult Patients 

Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Key Responsibilities:

·         Complete patient evaluations within the specified time frame, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic assessment of each patient’s condition.

·         Design and implement individualized treatment programs based on evaluation results, focusing on time-oriented, functional, and measurable short- and long-term goals.

·         Maintain accurate and timely system documentation, including progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

·         Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals throughout the patient's course of care, utilizing secure messaging platforms as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active NJ State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
